Yes folks its been a while but I'm back and I'm better than ever. Thought I would put my 30 cents (thanks to President Dickless) in on Pennsylvania's School choice bill SB1... It's nothing short of amazing! when you consider the politicians of Pennsylvania haven't two cells of gray matter to rub together long enough to keep a flea warm in July. The problem with all this work is for not when the first suit gets to the Pennsylvania Supreme Court. They will, (not may) they WILL strike it down not because it is unconstitutional, not because it's bad law but because the school unions in PA are more powerful than all the kings horses, men, women and children combined. And it is for their best interests that they'll be looking out for.

January 20, 2010 is one year to the day that Barack Obama took over as "President" of the United States. Let's take a look at what he has "accomplished."

His first year has been marked by consistent 10% unemployment.

His first year has been marked by Wall Street Bailouts.

Perhaps worst of all his first year has been marked by an exploding federal budget deficit, not to mention his shameless attempt to ram a socialized health care "reform" bill down our throats.

So, an obvious question is--What to WE do now? That's simple. Did you see what happened in Massachuetts?? That's just the beginning of the march to reclaim our great Nation and put it back on the track laid down by our Founding Fathers.

Are you listening, Mr. Obama? Are you listening, Mr. Reid? Are you listening Ms. Pelosi?

And lest I forget--Are you listening ARLEN SPECTER?? We're coming for YOU next!!

THE BATTLE FOR MARRIAGE CONTINUES

As the title of this posting suggests, the battle for the Sacred Institution rages on with the trial of California's Prop 8.

There is just one item that has this individual slightly confused, and that is when a party brings an action it would be logical to assume that one would use case precedents that are relevant to your particular argument. This however is not the case with the Prop 8 trial.

Supporters of same-sex marriage have used the 1967 Supreme Court case of Loving v. Virginia, and they couldn't be more off base. The central point in Loving is interracial marriage and as such has no bearing on the central questions of same-sex marriage.

Regardless of one's opinion on interracial marriage, the central point is still the union of one man and one woman, which is not only consistent with the natural order of things, but it's also in line with God's order of things, and in the final analysis that's all that really matters.

WHO PROTECTS THE PROTECTORS???

I know this question sounds a bit ridiculous, but it appears to this individual that terrorists and drug dealers have more rights than the citizens of the United States, and especially those who are charged with protecting those rights.

I'm discussing this topic, because I'm sure that most of you recall the debacle involving two Border Patrol Agents, just a few years ago, who were sent to federal prison for shooting to death a drug dealer who entered the United States illegally. We we can take that one step further, because now we have a team of Navy SEALs who are facing court martial for capturing a terrorist. Have you ever heard of anything more insane?

From where I sit, these three men are heros to their Country and deserve to be given medals to honor their service to their Nation and the People of America. They certainly don't deserve to be treated like common criminals because this "poor" terrorist got his lip split.

There is a page on Facebook that I encourage everyone who may read this posting to visit and join and support these brave men.--SUPPORT THE NAVY SEALs WHO CAPTURED AHMED HASHIM ABED. After joining this group, please consider contacting everyone in your contact circles and ask them to do the same, and then contact your Representatives and Senators, and Barack Obama, and demand that these men be released and all charges against them be dropped immediately.

Senator Richard Alloway.. A Follower Not a Leader

Those of us living in the 33rd Pennsylvania legislative district
apparently should be overwhelmed by the contribution of our newest
"representative" to the Pennsylvania elite in congress. Well not
really. Mr. Richard Alloway was elected to serve as Senator replacing
long standing Terry Punt in Central PA

Have you even heard his name mentioned? Heard a comment from him on
the hardships of his constituents? Maybe you've been listening to his
heartfelt and passionate speeches on the house floor in reference to
the issues of the day? or his drillings of the Governor for an
unpassed budget!- No??? well there's a reason for that. Since joining
the legislature as a freshman lawmaker he has shown himself to be a
follower and not a leader.

When recently asked pointed questions about his contributions to
Pennsylvanians an in response to the obvious PRO-ACTIVE reflection of
Representatives Dan Moul and Wil Tallman; Mr. Alloway could only
muster a few CYA answers and here they are:

What is your position on the ever increasing overreaching federal
government on the lives of Pennsylvanians?

"I have signed on as a co-sponsor to Senate Resolution 51 - A
Resolution claiming sovereignty under the Tenth Amendment to the
Constitution of the United States over certain powers, serving notice
to the Federal Government to cease and desist certain mandates;
providing that certain Federal legislation be prohibited or repealed
and directing distribution." - BIG DEAL

What have you done to further the end of the property tax fiasco.
"One of the first bills I cosponsored this year would eliminate the
property tax burden once and for all. The property tax is one of the
most unfair and universally despised taxes of many district residents,
and I have cosponsored legislation that would allow the people to
replace the property tax through a voter referendum. I also sponsored
legislation that would eliminate the inheritance tax (also known as
the ?death tax?), and I cosponsored a bill to reduce the
self-employment tax."

What are you doing to prevent the catastrophe in York of the loss of
Harley Davison and its 2500 constituents who would be drastically
effected?
"As far as Harley Davidson, I vote to keep taxes low so businesses
will stay in PA. In addition, I will continue to support reduced
spending and no increase in the Personal Income Tax."

Co-Sponsor, Co-Sponsor, and finally a paraphrase.. "I'll do just
enough to get re-elected" - Mr. Alloway I think its time you
recognized the example of Dan Moul and Wil Tallman and stop Co-Sitting
behind your desk and start leading! You might have been elected for 4
years but that doesn't mean you get to vacation for 3 of them.
Leaders Mr. Alloway; that's what Pennsylvanians need.

CORRESPONDENCE ON OBAMA'S HEALTH CARE BILL

A little background regarding the title to this posting. I initially placed a phone call to Arlen Specter's Office requesting a "hard copy" of HR 3200. I was told that this is not a service that the Senator makes available to constitutients. I informed the staffer that this was unacceptable, and that I had been requesting legislation from my Senators for about 30 years. When this request proved unsuccessful, I proceeded to write first a letter to the editor to the Patriot-News in Harrisburg and the Lancaster Newspapers, I followed up with a written request for the bill to Senator Specter directly. Here is the text of that letter:

Dear Senator Specter:

I am writing to formally request a “hard copy” of HR 3200, since my phone requests have been unsuccessful.

Given the magnitude of the issues presented by this bill regarding the delivery of health care services, I am extremely disappointed that your Office was not responsive to this request.
I have been following both State and Federal Legislative issues for almost 30 years and have frequently requested legislation from my U.S. Senator’s Office, and never have I experienced such disrespect and lack of cooperation.

Attached with this letter, please find the published version of a Letter to the Editor which I submitted to the Lancaster Newspapers on this precise subject. Perhaps you and your Staff will understand that my request is genuine.

RE: HR 3200 _Obama's Health Care Bill

I haven't written a letter to the editor for some time, but given the serious nature of the debate concerning the above-captioned subject matter, I believe that I am somewhat overdue.

I recently called Senator Arlen Specter's Office to request a "hard copy of HR 3200; however I was told that the Senator does not make this service available to constitutients. I proceeded to inform the staffer that I had been requesting legislation from my Senators/Representatives for about 30 years, and I found it unacceptable that I was not able to receive a copy of this bill, given the magnitude of the issue, and the implications that this legislation, if passed, will have on the delivery of health care services in the United States.

When I indicated that I still wanted a "hard copy" of HR 3200, I presumably was being transferred to the staff person who handled these matters, however I was placed on hold for an extremely long period of time. I never did get to place my request, and so this letter has been prompted.

I believe it is time that we inform Senator Specter and his fellow Senators/Congressmen just who it is that they work for, and in case you need a reminder, it is the AMERICAN PEOPLE!!!
What I am also wondering about is just what is in HR 3200 that our so-called leaders don't want us knowing about???

In conclusion, I still want to see a copy of this bill, so if I'm fortunate enough to have this letter published, and some one in Specter's office actually reads it, maybe they will realize that I'm serious about my request.

And just for the record, as one of Specter's constitutients, and an American citizen, it is my right to make such requests of the leaders in my Government.

Remember the quote from the movie "Network?" Maybe some do, and maybe some don't. But now for the really important question: Why does it take something drastic for the American people to reach the point referenced by the title of this posting?

As a nation, we have allowed our so-called leaders in Washington to get away with almost anything they wanted to do, and we said and did nothing to hold them accountable for their actions, decisions and more important their votes.

Now comes "Obamacare," and now WE THE PEOPLE have said enough is enough--We have questions about this so-called health care plan, and we're not getting any answers.

Senators and Congressmen/women, throughout this great country have lost sight of the fact that they work for the people of their respective States, and to make matters worse they think that we are stupid and we do not know what they are saying and how they are voting--Well Senator/Congressperson THINK AGAIN!!!

We are watching and will hold you accountable for your words, actions and votes.

Remember what happens every November??--it's called Election Day!! To be more precise--It's called a Day of Reconing!!

Martial Law Disguised

Since 1807 the United States has had a standing order with Posse
Comitatus that no U.S. troops can be deployed within the United
States; nor used in policing it's citizens. George W. Bush showed his
contempt for our constitutional form of government by issuing a
signing statement that specifically stated he "does not feel bound by
it nor by this action" referring to Congress's 2008 reaffirmation of
the order.

Current President Barak O'bama is poised to take it one step further
and is preparing his "Minister of Defense" to act. Defense Secretary
Robert Gates prepares to sign an executive order authorizing the
military to set up five regional teams to deal with the potential
outbreak of H1N1 influzena if FEMA requests help.

This is the same H1N1 that this administration has been attempting to
insite hysteria about almost since it's inauguration but
unfortunately? it hasn't been anything more than a neusance to anyone
outside the parameters of the current flu strand which kills thousands
more every year.

Get ready... it's coming. King Barak.

President Huessain.. oppps President Obama made two very big mistakes
last evening. One, he demeaned his presidency by weighing in on a
local matter and showed his deep disregard for law enforcement by
calling a decorated member of the Cambridge Mass police department
"stupid"

Second.. he showed his ignorant, biased and racist side in defending
another of his "friends" in Professor Henry Louis Gates Jr. Mr. Gates
used terms normally attributable to the uneducated. Seems as if Mr.
Gates had simply explained to the officer that he was who he said he
was... showed him the identification that was requested of him (which
by any stretch of the imagination was warranted), then the incident
would have been over and everyone could have gone to sleep. Instead
he railed against the audacity of a law enforcement officer to
question his identity and presence after he had just broke into a home.

My question to Louie would be:: Sir, if someone else had been caught
in attempting to do the same at your home..wouldn't you demand that
the officer address the identity of the person and arrest them for
breaking and entering?.. or would if he hadn't maybe you would have
been more comfortable screaming epitates at him for not doing so...
"IF THIS WAS THE HOME OF A WHITE PROFESSOR YOU WOULD HAVE SEARCHED
NIGHT AND DAY FOR THE NIG***".... maybe just maybe racism is
incinerated just as easily by African American professors.

Finally; Mr. Obama I would imagine that you would have many many
higher priorities than to concern yourself with the "stupid actions"
occuring in the middle of the night in Mass...mass...massechewsites

You're lying there, listening to the enemy machine guns and you know
you're not getting out.

Your family is 1/2 way around the world, 12,000 miles away and you'll
never see them again.

Then - over the machine gun noise - you faintly hear that sound of a
helicopter..!! You look up to see an un-armed Huey!! But.... it doesn't seem real
because no Medi-Vac markings are on it.

Ed Freeman is coming for you..!!
He's not Medi-Vac so it's not his job, but he's flying his Huey down into
the machine gun fire anyway. Even after the Medi-Vacs were ordered not to

I THOUGHT I WAS ALONE

I know this sounds somewhat arrogant, but for the longest time I thought I was the only person in the country who understood what the United States is facing, if Barack Obama and the Liberals in Congress aren't stopped and stopped NOW!

I knew that there had to be like-minded people out there somewhere, but they were too afraid to speak out. I honestly thought I was just shouting at the rain--all alone--well at least until I heard Glenn Beck's program of July 1, 2009 when he spoke of a statement that Benjamin Franklin made to a lady after a particular session of the Constitutional Convention, when he was asked what was accomplished during that day's proceeding. Franklin's response was--"we gave you a Republic, if you can keep it." At that moment, although I probably already knew it, I realized that I wasn't alone, and I wasn't just vainly shouting at the rain. There were indeed other people who love this Great Country, and do not want to see it destroyed by the absolutely totalitarian programs of Barack Obama.

I have also been thinking about a statement that Rush Limbaugh made several weeks ago, that he wants to see Obama fail. I have to disagree somewhat with that statement, because I don't want to see his programs fail--I DON'T WANT THEM EVEN BEING GIVEN THE SLIGHTEST CHANCE OF SUCCEEDING!!!! Stated quite simply and bluntly-- I want Barack Obama STOPPED in his tracks! If his outlandish programs become a reality the United States of America will cease to exist as we know it today, and our freedoms and liberties that our Founding Fathers sacrificed so much for will be gone forever.

Our Founding Fathers sacrificed their very lives to establish the United States of America, and provide for the rights, liberties and freedoms that we enjoy today, and that is why I'm so disturbed that one man is working so hard to destroy what has been built and has lasted for over two centuries.

It seems only appropriate to conclude this posting with a quotation from Woodrow Wilson. Wilson said: "Liberty has never come from Government. Liberty has always come from the subjects of it. The history of liberty is a history of limitations of governmental power, not the increase of it."

Let this posting also serve as a clarion call to all Americans who are concerned about the activcities of the current Administration and the damage that is being done to our Constitutional Republic. Now is the time to stand up and be counted--to defend those ideals and principles that our Founding Fathers believed in so much that they gave everything to establish, because if we do not then we will lose this great Republic that we were given 233 years ago.

Twenty-four were lawyers and jurists. Eleven were merchants, nine were farmers and large plantation owners; men of means, well educated. But they signed the Declaration of Independence knowing full well that the penalty would be death if they were captured.
Carter Braxton of Virginia, a wealthy planter and trader, saw his ships swept from the seas by the British Navy. He sold his home and properties to pay his debts, and died in rags.

Thomas McKeam was so hounded by the British that he was forced to move his family almost constantly. He served in the Congress without pay, and his family was kept in hiding. His possessions were taken from him, and poverty was his reward.

Vandals or soldiers looted the properties of Dillery, Hall, Clymer, Walton, Gwinnett, Heyward, Ruttledge, and Middleton.

At the battle of Yorktown, Thomas Nelson Jr, noted that the British General Cornwallis had taken over his home for his headquarters. He quietly urged General George Washington to open fire. The home was destroyed, and Nelson died bankrupt.

Francis Lewis had his home and properties destroyed. The Redcoats jailed his wife, and she died within a few months.

John Hart was driven from his wife's bedside as she was dying. Their 13 children fled for their lives. His fields and his gristmill were laid to waste. For more than a year he lived in forests and caves, returning home to find his wife dead and his children vanished. A few weeks later he died from exhaustion and a broken heart.

Norris and Livingston suffered similar fates. Such were the stories and sacrifices of the American Revolution. These were not wild-eyed, rabble-rousing ruffians. They were soft-spoken men of means and education. They had security, but they valued liberty more. Standing tall, straight, and unwavering, they pledged: "For the support of this declaration, with firm reliance on the
protection of the divine providence, we mutually pledge to each other, our lives, our fortunes, and our sacred honor." They gave you and me a free and independent America.

The history books never told you a lot about what happened in the Revolutionary War. We didn't fight just the British. We were British subjects at that time and we fought our own government! Some of us take these liberties so much for granted, but we shouldn't. So, take a few minutes while enjoying your 4th of July holiday and silently thank these patriots. It's not much to ask for the price they paid.

Remember: freedom is never free!

Overturn Defense Authorization Act of 2007

The Defense Authorization Act of 2007 essentially gives power to the
Federal government to deploy federal troops within the borders of the
United States to "quell uprising, and maintain order" on the command
of the President of the United States.

This act is an act of pre-ordained treason. It puts in place the
concrete barriers needed to keep our republic of the people under the
thumb of the federal government.

It also forces the hand of State Governors in the event of such an
uprising. They must stand down any guard units on the initialization
of the DAof2007. What does all this mean? Should the people of the
United States takes steps to utilize the LEGAL means of public desent
and call for the removal of the president for any reason... he may and
most likely will invoke this act and place federal troops between him
and the people. He and he alone would have the authority to "deploy
them" as well as "recall them". Congress has no authority.

Sinclair was a Canadian radio personality and broadcast this on June 5, 1973. It surfaced again shortly after the terrorist attack on the United States of America on September 11, 2001. Please take note and TAKE HEED. Given the extreme anti-American sentiment that is being espoused even by our own Government, I'm hoping that someone, somewhere in this Great Country is paying attention, because if we are NOT, I fear for the future of America.

THE AMERICANS

The United States dollar took another pounding on German, French and British exchanges this morning, hitting the lowest point ever known in West Germany. It has declined there by 41% since 1971 and this Canadian thinks it is time to speak up for the Americans as the most generous and possibly the least-appreciated people in all the earth.

As long as sixty years ago, when I first started to read newspapers, I read of floods on the Yellow River and the Yangtse. Who rushed in with men and money to help? The Americans did.

They have helped control floods on the Nile, the Amazon, the Ganges and the Niger. Today, the rich bottom land of the Misssissippi is under water and no foreign land has sent a dollar to help. Germany, Japan and, to a lesser extent, Britain and Italy, were lifted out of the debris of war by the Americans who poured in billions of dollars and forgave other billions in debts. None of those countries is today paying even the interest on its remaining debts to the United States.

When the franc was in danger of collapsing in 1956, it was the Americans who propped it up and their reward was to be insulted and swindled on the streets of Paris. I was there. I saw it.
When distant cities are hit by earthquakes, it is the United States that hurries into help... Managua Nicaragua is one of the most recent examples. So far this spring, 59 American communities have been flattened by tornadoes. Nobody has helped.

The Marshall Plan .. the Truman Policy .. all pumped billions upon billions of dollars into discouraged countries. Now, newspapers in those countries are writing about the decadent war-mongering Americans.

I'd like to see one of those countries that is gloating over the erosion of the United States dollar build its own airplanes.

Come on... let's hear it! Does any other country in the world have a plane to equal the Boeing Jumbo Jet, the Lockheed Tristar or the Douglas 107? If so, why don't they fly them? Why do all international lines except Russia fly American planes? Why does no other land on earth even consider putting a man or women on the moon?

You talk about Japanese technocracy and you get radios. You talk about German technocracy and you get automobiles. You talk about American technocracy and you find men on the moon, not once, but several times ... and safely home again. You talk about scandals and the Americans put theirs right in the store window for everyone to look at. Even the draft dodgers are not pursued and hounded. They are here on our streets, most of them ... unless they are breaking Canadian laws .. are getting American dollars from Ma and Pa at home to spend here.

When the Americans get out of this bind ... as they will... who could blame them if they said 'the hell with the rest of the world'. Let someone else buy the Israel bonds, Let someone else build or repair foreign dams or design foreign buildings that won't shake apart in earthquakes.

When the railways of France, Germany and India were breaking down through age, it was the Americans who rebuilt them. When the Pennsylvania Railroad and the New York Central went broke, nobody loaned them an old caboose. Both are still broke. I can name to you 5,000 times when the Americans raced to the help of other people in trouble.

Can you name me even one time when someone else raced to the Americans in trouble? I don't think there was outside help even during the San Francisco earthquake.

Our neighbours have faced it alone and I am one Canadian who is damned tired of hearing them kicked around. They will come out of this thing with their flag high. And when they do, they are entitled to thumb their nose at the lands that are gloating over their present troubles.

I hope Canada is not one of these. But there are many smug, self-righteous Canadians. And finally, the American Red Cross was told at its 48th Annual meeting in New Orleans this morning that it was broke.

This year's disasters .. with the year less than half-over… has taken it all and nobody...but nobody... has helped.

Have you ever read the Constitution of the United States? If you have
you already know that the document is unlike that of the legislation
written in our lifetimes. The Constitution is clearverly and
simplistically brilliant. It spells out in simple english the rights
and responsibilities that are entrusted to both Government officials
as well as common man. Today's legislation is written in such
legalmuck that it tends to talk like politicians..out both sides of
the paper... But almost before the ink was dry on the constitution
there were those (even those who authored many words) conspiring on
its ultimate demise.

The big fly in the ointment of the story glorifying our "Founding
Fathers" is the state of American politics during the 1790?s ? an era
of consistent growth in government power that produced some of the
most tyrannical policies and apocalyptic rhetoric in American
political history. John Ferling?s short and entertaining book, Adams
vs. Jefferson: The Tumultuous Election of 1800, offers an excellent
and accessible treatment of the struggle between Adams? Federalists
and Jefferson?s Republicans. The dynamic in Ferling?s book is between
three men: Adams, Jefferson, and Hamilton. Adams disliked Jefferson,
Jefferson was suspicious of Adams, and both loathed Alexander Hamilton.

Such grave political differences were no doubt partly a product of the
fact that Thomas Jefferson was not at the Constitutional Convention of
1787, and not surprisingly, Jefferson had never become entirely
comfortable with the new Constitution.

Like many "anti-Federalists" of the age, Jefferson remained fearful of
the Constitution being used to centralize power in the hands of a
consolidated government. Jefferson had much to be conserned about as
Charles Beard has noted, "such were the agencies of power created to
make the will of the national government a living force in every
community from New Hampshire to Georgia, from the seaboard to the
frontier."

The Federalist era was an era of burdensome taxation and heavy-handed
enforcement. The Whiskey rebellion of 1794 that arose out of the
odious excise tax dreamed up by Hamilton, was quickly put down by
military force ? the first action of its kind in the history of the
American republic. George Washington, enraged that anyone would dare
oppose his government?s taxes, raged at the tax resisters denouncing
them as democratic rabble. Jefferson found this whole display to be
quite offensive, and labeled the effort to crush the tax rebellion as
nothing more than making "war on our own citizens."

The low point of the Federalist Era was the signing of the Alien and
Sedition Acts into law. The acts permitted the United States
government to deport any foreign citizen that the government found
displeasing. They also imposed fines and jail terms for up to 5 years
"for those who uttered or published ?any false, scandalous, and
malicious? statement against the United States government or its
officials."

While we like to glamorize the period of our independence and the
strong ideals of our founding authors it is important to keep in mind
that the true seeds of liberty and freedom lies not in our historical
documents but in the hearts and souls of our citizenry. As evidenced
by the tyrranical tendancies of the early administrations, we cannot
be anything but vigilant if we hope to continue to enjoy the liberies
of America.

Those who study Colonial America and the constitution would agree that
the threat to our nationals sovereignty and the freedoms we espouse is
greater from those who wield elected office without conscience than
from any foreign aggression.

Farewell to any chance of keeping HealthCare out of the hands and control of government.

Farewell to the famous American standard of living--a magnet to the world.

Farewell to conservative 'talk radio' as an antidote to the biased media. The Fairness Doctrine will return.

Farewell to any hope for educating our college kids in something other than liberal mush.

Today is truly a sad day for millions of Americans as they slowly allow the election results to sink in. Today, for the first time in modern history, America took a giant step toward changing not only the direction, but the entire character of the country from free enterprise driven to big government driven.

Our only hope is to start now planning and building a strong conservative base which can reclaim the Presidency and Congress in four years and start repairing the damage. God help us if we fail.

Dear President Obama:

You are the thirteenth President under whom I have lived and unlike any of the others, you truly scare me.

You scare me because after months of exposure, I know nothing about you. You scare me because I do not know how you paid for your expensive Ivy League education and your upscale lifestyle and housing with no visible signs of support.

You scare me because you did not spend the formative years of youth growing up in America and culturally you are not an American.

You scare me because you have never run a company or met a payroll. You scare me because you have never had military experience, thus don't understand it at its core. You scare me because you lack humility and 'class', always blaming others.

You scare me because for over half your life you have aligned yourself with radical extremists who hate America and you refuse to publicly denounce these radicals who wish to see America fail. You scare me because you are a cheerleader for the 'blame America' crowd and deliver this message abroad.

You scare me because you want to change America to a European style country where the government sector dominates instead of the private sector.

You scare me because you want to replace our health care system with a government controlled one. You scare me because you prefer 'wind mills' to responsibly capitalizing on our own vast oil, coal and shale reserves.

You scare me because you want to kill the American capitalist goose that lays the golden egg which provides the highest standard of living in the world.

You scare me because you have begun to use 'extortion' tactics against certain banks and corporations. You scare me because your own political party shrinks from challenging you on your wild and irresponsible spending proposals.

You scare me because you will not openly listen to or even consider opposing points of view from intelligent people.

You scare me because you falsely believe that you are both omnipotent and omniscient.

You scare me because the media gives you a free pass on everything you do. You scare me because you demonize and want to silence the Limbaughs, Hannitys, O'Relllys and Becks who offer opposing, conservative points of view.

You scare me because you prefer controlling over governing. Finally, you scare me because if you serve a second term I will probably not feel safe in writing a similar letter in 8 years.

The End of the United States of America

In case everyone missed it... the Supreme Court has lifted the stay on
the new Chrysler... officially announcing the end of our
constitutional government. The actions taken by this administration
are completely and undeniably overreaching and tyrannical. The SC had
the opportunity to slap the administration back in it's place and it
refused to do so.

The recent article headline on Foxnew.com says it all "New Chrysler is
born"... it should continue to read " Rest In Peace U.S.A."

Our federal government no longer attempts to disguise it's desire for
power. It reaches out and takes it without conscious or fear of the
American people. The "people" have for decades proven to be light
shadows of our grandparent's generation. This generation should be
dubbed; "french Americana"; as the people have cowered in a corner in
the face of several tyrannical federal administrations hell bent on
the destruction of our republic.

Now, in this our age, government has taken over banks, automobile
manufacturers, credit card companies, the dictation of corporate
salaries, the corruption of our media and next on the list of
unconstitutional acts.... the socializing of health care, the
elimination of a legal right to own a gun, the restriction of your
free exercise of worship and the preaching thereof by clergy. -

This is a historical administration I'll give you that... the event of
history which saw the end of the United States of America.

Obama's Speech In Egypt

Much has been made of President Barack Obama's "reconciliation" speech inCairo, Egypt, last week. For the most part, the American media have focusedon Obama's attempt to "repair" relations with the Muslim nations of theworld. For example, Obama referenced the Koran five times, and the Bibleonly once. (It is noteworthy that one of the Koranic references Obama usedwas a verse dedicated to Islamic Jihad, in which Muslims are required tokill infidels--meaning those who are not Muslims, of course. Notsurprisingly, the vast majority of America's major media failed to reportthis story. Bush,Barack Obama envisions a global union, in which all nations are linkedcommercially, governmentally, and militarily. Bush I called it a "New WorldOrder;" Bush II called it an "international order;" Clinton oftenregurgitated Bush Sr.'s "New World Order" mantra; and Barack Obama called ita "world order." Do people not recognize that every President since RonaldReagan (both Democrat and Republican) has called for an internationalone-world order? Obama's speech goes a step further, however.In calling for a "world order," Obama blatantly said "Given ourinterdependence, any world order that elevates one nation . . . over anotherwill inevitably fail." Does everyone understand what Obama is saying? Inorder for this new "world order" to materialize, no individual nation can bepreferred over another--not even our own. In a word, no country can beallowed to maintain national sovereignty, independence, or militarysuperiority. All nations must be willing to surrender their sovereignty andindependence to the new "world order." Furthermore, all nations must bewilling to submit their militaries to a new global military. Oh yes, myfriend, all of this is inferred in Obama's statement.The last half of Obama's statement is equally chilling: "Whatever we thinkof the past, we must not be prisoners to it." In other words, Americans mustforget about the heritage and tradition of our past. The ideas of nationalsovereignty and independence are archaic. The notion of "America First" ispassé. The principles of constitutional government must be replaced with theinternational principles of a new "world order."In this regard, it would not have mattered to a tinker's dam if John McCainhad been elected President instead of Barack Obama. I well remember McCainrepeatedly saying that one of the first things he would do after becomingPresident would be to implement a new "League of Democracies." In fact, lookno further than to a speech McCain made to the Hoover Institution. Accordingto McCain, "The new League of Democracies would form the core of aninternational order." I dare say thatmany readers are learning of this statement for the very first time as theyread this column.The burning question facing the American people today is, are we going to donothing as these globalists who control our political and corporateinstitutions sell our country into global tyranny?Forget Sean Hannity, Rush Limbaugh, and Bill O'Reilly. THE SNEEZE

They walked in tandem, each of the ninety-two students filing into the already crowded auditorium. With their rich maroon gowns flowing .... And the traditional caps, they looked almost .. As grown up as they felt.
Dads swallowed hard behind broad smiles, and Moms freely brushed away tears.

This class would NOT pray during the commencements----not by choice, but because of a recent court ruling prohibiting it.

The principal and several students were careful to stay within the guidelines allowed by the ruling. They gave inspirational and challenging speeches, but no one mentioned divine guidance and no one asked for blessings on the graduates or their families.

The speeches were nice, but they were routine.....until the final speech received a standing ovation.

A solitary student walked proudly to the microphone. He stood still and silent for just a moment, and then, it happened.

All 92 students, every single one of them, suddenly SNEEZED!!!!

The student on stage.. Simply looked at the audience and said,

'GOD BLESS YOU, each and every one of you!' And he walked off stage...

The audience exploded into applause. This graduating class had found a unique way to invoke God's blessing on their future with or without the court's approval.

GOD BLESS AMERICA and RIGHT HER MORAL COMPASS!

And it came to pass in the Age of Insanity that the people of the land called America , having lost their morals, their work initiative, and their will to defend their liberties, chose as their Supreme Leader that person known as "The One".

He emerged from the vapors with a message that had no meaning; but He hypnotized the people telling them, "I am sent to save you. My lack of experience, my questionable ethics, my monstrous ego, and my association with evil doers are of no consequence. For I shall save you with Hope and Change. Go, therefore, and proclaim throughout the land that he who preceded me is evil, that he has defiled the nation, and that all he has built must be destroyed."

And the people rejoiced, for even though they knew not what "The One" would do, he had promised that he would bring change, and they proclaimed "Yes We Can".

And "The One" said "We live in the greatest country in the world. Help me change everything about it!"

And the people said, "Hallelujah!! Change is good!"

Then He said, "We are going to tax the rich fat-cats,"---- And the people said "Sock it to them!" "---- and "Redistribute their wealth."
And then He said, "Redistribution of wealth is good for everybody"

And the people said, "Show us the money!"

And Joe the plumber asked, "Are you kidding me? You're going to steal my money and give it to the deadbeats??"

And "The One" ridiculed and taunted him, and Joe's personal records were hacked, publicized, and ridiculed; though no crime could be found.

One lone reporter asked, "That shouldn't be, isn't that Marxist policy?"

And she was banished from the kingdom!

Then a citizen asked, "With no foreign relations experience and having zero military experience or knowledge, how will you deal with radical terrorists?"
And "The One" said, "Simple. I shall sit with them and talk kindly to them and show them how nice we really are; and they will forget that they ever wanted to kill us all!"

And the people said, "Hallelujah!! We are safe at last, and we can beat our weapons into free cars for the people!"

Then "The One" said, "I shall give 95% of you lower taxes."

And one, lone voice said, "But 40% of us don't pay ANY taxes."

So "The One" said, "Then I shall give you some of the taxes the fat-cats pay!"

And the people said, "Hallelujah!! Show us the money!"

Then "The One" said, "I shall tax your Capital Gains when you sell your homes!"

And the people yawned and the already slumping housing market fully collapsed.

And He said, "I shall mandate employer-funded health care for EVERY worker and raise the minimum wage, and lower the white collar wage. And I shall also give every person unlimited healthcare and medicine and even transportation to the free clinics."

And the people said, "Give me some of that!"

Then he said, "I shall penalize employers who ship jobs overseas."
And the people said, "Where's my rebate check?"

Then "The One" said, "I shall bankrupt the coal industry, and perhaps even the oil industry (Cap & Trade/Carbon Tax) and though electricity rates will skyrocket, we shall soon build wind farms and solar power stations and drive green cars that I shall mandate in Detroit!"

And the people said, "Coal is dirty, coal is evil, no more coal! But we don't care for that part about higher electric rates."

So "The One" said, "Not to worry. If your rebate ($10/week) isn't enough to cover your extra expenses ($3,000/year), we shall bail you out. Just sign up with ACORN and your troubles are over!" "Only the fat cats will have to pay."

Then He said, "Illegal immigrants feel scorned and slighted. Let's grant them amnesty, Social Security, free education, free lunches, free medical care, bi-lingual signs and guaranteed housing..."

And the people said, "Hallelujah!!" And they made him King!

And so it came to pass that employers, facing spiraling costs and ever-higher taxes, raised their prices and laid off workers; though they sold much less of their products. Others simply gave up and went out of business, and the economy sank like unto a rock dropped from a cliff. The banking industry was destroyed. Manufacturing slowed to a crawl. And more of the people were without a means of support.

So "The One" again blamed the prior administration, extended unemployment benefits to a year, bailed out his favorite banks, and then took over the banks and auto industries. "The One" said, "I am the "The One" - The Messiah - and I'm here to save you! We shall just print more money so the government will have enough!" "Surely one trillion dollars will make everyone happy." And immediately the Fed complied and the money presses roared.

And China reconsidered their one trillion dollars of loans to the US ,, and threatened to call in their debts.

Other foreign trading partners said unto "The One", "Wait a minute. Your dollar is not worth a pile of camel dung! You will have to pay more.. for everything.. as your dollar becomes worth less."

And the people said, "Wait a minute.. That is unfair!!"

And the world said, "Neither are these other idiotic programs you have embraced.

Lo, you have become a Socialist state and a second-rate power. What factories are not owned by your government are owned by us. Now you shall play by our rules!"

And "The One" said "Americans are arrogant, divisive, and derisive!" "We will listen."

And the people cried out, "Alas, alas!! What have we done?"

But yea verily, it was too late. The people eventually set upon "The One" and spat upon him and stoned him, and his name was dung. But the once mighty nation was no more; and the once proud people were without sustenance or shelter or hope. And the Change that "The One" had given them was as like unto a poison that had destroyed them from within, and like a whirlwind that consumed all that they had built.

And the people beat their chests in despair and cried out in anguish, "Give us back our nation and our pride and our hope!!"

But it was too late, and the once-glorious "Home of the Brave and Land of the Free" was no more..

Rush Limbaugh told Fox News’ Sean Hannity on Wednesday night that he wants Barack Obama to fail because, like Osama bin Laden, the president is trying to destroy America.
Limbaugh also outlined why he is a media target, insisted that former Secretary of State Colin Powell has done nothing for the Republican Party, and expressed mixed feelings about Supreme Court nominee Judge Sonia Sotomayor.
During the first of a wide-ranging, two-part exclusive interview, Hannity observed that Limbaugh has become the media’s piñata. The top talker said that was a result of the fact that “the opposition to Obama has not surfaced politically in Washington. Those of us who are consistent on the radio and television criticizing him, we have become the focus.
“For whatever reason, the Republican Party at any level has chosen not to take Obama on and chosen not to try to attach him to any of the disastrous things he's doing. I do.”
In addition, he said, "Liberals need a villain. They need a demon. They can't win a debate in the arena of ideas. They need somebody to demonize, and I’m it. And I'm happy to be.”
Refusing to back down from his widely criticized remark that he wants Obama to fail, Limbaugh asked those who say they want Obama to succeed: “Do you want Sonia Sotomayor on the Supreme Court? Does that mean that you want the government running the mortgage business in America, having control over most of the banking system . . . do you want the government making automobiles that nobody wants to buy? Because that’s Obama succeeding.
“If you want the president, Barack Obama, to succeed, then you want the government taking over more and more of the average daily life of the American people. I don’t want that. I define America succeeding by virtue of Obama failing. I love America. I want everybody to succeed. He’s making it harder for that to happen, particularly the middle class.”
Obama “is closing out the American dream,” Limbaugh said.
Other Limbaugh observations:
“Socialism is the Obama vision for America, and fascism — we must not be afraid to use that word — it’s a combination of the two.”
“If al-Qaida wants to demolish the America we know and love, they’d better hurry because Obama is beating them to it. He wants to impose his values on America”
Obama was taught “that there is something inherently immoral and unjust about America. Now that he leads it, he thinks it’s great. Finally America is moral. Finally America is just. And it’s his duty to apologize because he thinks everybody around the world hates us and doesn’t like us.”
It’s OK for Iran to have nuclear power and it’s OK for North Korea to have nuclear power “as long as neither nation makes a bomb. But what are we doing? We’re building windmills. We’re going solar power. We’re going to build little lawn mowers with two seats on them nobody wants to drive. At [Obama’s] direction, we are letting the rest of the world go nuclear and we can’t because of a single movie ‘The China Syndrome.’
“Would somebody explain to me what Colin Powell has done for the party? Name an issue that he has championed for the Republican Party? I can’t think of one. Name a single thing that Obama is doing that Colin Powell has disagreed with. I can’t think of one. Colin Powell endorsed [Obama] strategically at a point in the campaign to destroy the McCain campaign.
“Do we need somebody who lovingly voted Democrat, endorsed a Democrat, after the Republican Party nominated the classically moderate candidate Colin Powell says the party needs to nominate? What in the world makes him so valuable?”
As a Supreme Court justice, Sotomayor “would bring racism and bigotry to the court if she is confirmed.”
But Limbaugh expressed mixed feeling about the Latina jurist. “We don’t know what she thinks about Roe versus Wade. We know that she’s Catholic, a Puerto Rican Hispanic Catholic — they tend to be devout. She has no record, she hasn’t said much about it. If I could be assured that she’s actually a pro-life person and does think that Roe versus Wade is bad constitutional law and if she would rule on the right side of the pro-life issue, I might look past this racism. That’s something very, very important to me and she could be stealth in that regard.”

Another example of the stupidity of politicians

Hundreds of "presentments" – or accusations assembled by citizen grand juries – are scheduled to be given to courts, sheriffs, prosecutors, judges and legislators across the United States by July 4 alleging that Barack Obama is ineligible to be president and his occupancy in the Oval Office constitutes treason.

The accusations are being assembled by the citizen grand juries that have been meeting in recent weeks around the country. One organization, American Grand Jury, now has posted an online procedure that provides a step-by-step instruction manual for those who are concerned about Obama.

American Grand Jury Editor Bob Campbell's site includes information on the history of grand juries, their powers, rules, evidence, forms, etiquette and how to file the resulting claims.
While there are other groups organizing and holding grand jury meetings, Campbell told WND that his is the largest group, having convened five already along with two state grand juries. It plans to sponsor another half dozen in the next 30 days.

Where's the proof Barack Obama was born in the U.S. or that he fulfills the "natural-born American" clause in the Constitution? If you still want to see it, join more than 370,000 others and sign up now!

"Sooner or later some court or many courts will formally indict Obama from our presentments or [a] complaint," he said. "Our goal is to convene and conclude 12 to 13 grand juries before July 4 rolls around and to serve our presentments as many as 200 times with courts, sheriffs, prosecutors, judges or legislators across the land.

"The pressure is mounting and someday justice will be served or the country will probably explode from loss of faith in our Constitution," he said.

If those numbers don't produce action, he said, the plans are to double, or triple the numbers, and try again.

One such citizens grand jury met recently in a Chicago suburb, literally in Obama's home territory. There spokesman Richard Keefner told WND, jurors were sworn in, reviewed the evidence and deliberated.

"We all came to a unanimous decision that we felt it should be investigated further and warranted the indictment," he told WND.

The citizens grand jury is just the latest channel through which Americans are raising protests over a president they believe is ineligible to hold that office
Many of the challenges have come through the courts. WND has reported on dozens of legal challenges to Obama's status as a "natural born citizen." The Constitution, Article 2, Section 1, states, "No Person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President."

Some of the lawsuits question whether he was actually born in Hawaii, as he insists. If he was born out of the country, Obama's American mother, the suits contend, was too young at the time of his birth to confer American citizenship to her son under the law at the time.

Other challenges have focused on Obama's citizenship through his father, a Kenyan subject to the jurisdiction of the United Kingdom at the time of his birth, thus making him a dual citizen. The cases contend the framers of the Constitution excluded dual citizens from qualifying as natural born.

Further, others question his citizenship by virtue of his attendance in Indonesian schools during his childhood and question on what passport did he travel to Pakistan three decades ago.
Adding fuel to the fire is Obama's persistent refusal to release documents that could provide answers and the appointment of myriad lawyers to defend against all requests for his documentation

. While his supporters cite an online version of a "Certification of Live Birth" from Hawaii as his birth verification, critics point out such documents actually were issued for children not born in the state.

The ultimate questions remain unaddressed to date: Is Obama a natural born citizen, and, if so, why hasn't documentation been provided? And, of course, if he is not, what does it mean to the 2008 election or the U.S. Constitution if it is revealed that there has been a violation?
And the answer could take only minutes: authorization from the president to Hawaiian officials to release his documentation.

A recent presentment from one of the American Grand Jury meetings said there's not even any question about Obama's eligibility any longer.

"Article II, Section 1 states: 'No person except a natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the Untied States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, shall be eligible to the Office of President…" says Count One.

"Wherefore, Obama is not a 'natural born Citizen' for the following reasons: 1) Obama was NOT born of mother and father who were BOTH US Citizens. These facts are not in dispute: Under the British Nationality Act 1948, Obama's father was a British citizen/subject when he was born in the English colony of Kenya. Obama's father continued to be such and not a U.S. citizen when Obama was born in 1961. Under the same BNA 1948, at birth, regardless of where he was born, Obama also became a British citizen/subject by descent from his British father," the charge continues.

"It is public knowledge that Obama has admitted in his writings and otherwise that when he was born, his father was a British citizen/subject and not a United States citizen and that at that time he himself also became such. In fact, his father was not even a permanent resident of the United States, but rather only a student who would probably have been here only on a temporary student visa. Hence, not only was Obama's father not a United States citizen but Obama himself was born a British subject," it says.

Secondly, the accusation of treason comes from a retired member of the U.S. military officer, Lt. Cmdr. Walter Fitzpatrick III, who has presented his complaint to U.S. Attorney Russell Dedrick in Tennessee, the presentment explains.

In that, he alleged, "Now you [Obama] have broken in and entered the White House by force of contrivance, concealment, conceit, dissembling, and deceit. Posing as an impostor president and commander in chief you have stripped civilian command and control over the military establishment. Known military criminal actors-command racketeers-are now free in the exercise of military government intent upon destruction of America's constitutional government.

We come now to this reckoning. I accuse you and your military-political criminal assistants of TREASON. I name you and your military criminal associates as traitors. Your criminal ascension manifests a clear and present danger. You fundamentally changed our form of government. The Constitution no longer works."

The American Grand Jury website explained it is clear the U.S. Constitution "intended to give the grand jury power to instigate criminal charges, and this was especially true when it came to government oversight."

Campbell explained the citizens grand juries are a constitutional movement.
"We endeavor to teach people about our Constitutional rights, first and foremost. Amendment 1: the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances – Amendment 5: No person shall be held to answer for any capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a grand jury," he said.

"A constitutional grand jury actually hands down 'presentments.' That is the correct term. Indictment is a proper term for a court or judicial grand jury to use. Presentments are charges," he said.

To those who say such meetings are ineffectual and lack impact, Campbell said they do not understand the Constitution.

"Any time you assemble real people to conduct a hearing such as grand jury there are those that are afraid we would speak the truth so they in fact will deny we are effective or our actions mean nothing," he said.

Such grand juries, he said, in fact, "are the fourth branch of government."
"Would we like to see more attorneys with integrity and credibility truly give credence to the Constitution and offer good suggestions on how to get the courts to act? The answer is yes! Will they – I would say NO! Attorneys and judges do not want the average person questioning how they dictate the system that keeps them in power," Campbell said.

"Will we prevail? The answer is we had better or the United States of America as we know it will soon be nothing more than a thing of the past. The Founding Fathers were brilliant in how they put the Constitution together. It was truly God-inspired. I choose to believe there are enough people out there that want to save our Republic and maintain the USA as the true beacon of light and freedom that she so truly is," he said.

According to the grand jury website, "Sooner or later the court system is going to be inundated with 'presentments' against Obama. Sooner or later public sentiment is going to demand these courts act and force Obama to answer to the charnges."

While an Obama spokesman one time called the allegations "garbage," the president and his team have withheld other comments. But here is a partial listing and status update for some of the cases over Obama's eligibility:

New Jersey attorney Mario Apuzzo has filed a case on behalf of Charles Kerchner and others alleging Congress didn't properly ascertain that Obama is qualified to hold the office of president.
Pennsylvania Democrat Philip Berg has three cases pending, including Berg vs. Obama in the 3rd U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals, a separate Berg vs. Obama which is under seal at the U.S. District Court level and Hollister vs. Soetoro a/k/a Obama, (now dismissed) brought on behalf of a retired military member who could be facing recall to active duty by Obama.

Leo Donofrio of New Jersey filed a lawsuit claiming Obama's dual citizenship disqualified him from serving as president. His case was considered in conference by the U.S. Supreme Court but denied a full hearing.

Cort Wrotnowski filed suit against Connecticut's secretary of state, making a similar argument to Donofrio. His case was considered in conference by the U.S. Supreme Court, but was denied a full hearing.

Former presidential candidate Alan Keyes headlines a list of people filing a suit in California, in a case handled by the United States Justice Foundation, that asks the secretary of state to refuse to allow the state's 55 Electoral College votes to be cast in the 2008 presidential election until Obama verifies his eligibility to hold the office. The case is pending, and lawyers are seeking the public's support.

Chicago lawyer Andy Martin sought legal action requiring Hawaii Gov. Linda Lingle to release Obama's vital statistics record. The case was dismissed by Hawaii Circuit Court Judge Bert Ayabe.

Lt. Col. Donald Sullivan sought a temporary restraining order to stop the Electoral College vote in North Carolina until Barack Obama's eligibility could be confirmed, alleging doubt about Obama's citizenship. His case was denied.

In Ohio, David M. Neal sued to force the secretary of state to request documents from the Federal Elections Commission, the Democratic National Committee, the Ohio Democratic Party and Obama to show the presidential candidate was born in Hawaii. The case was denied.
Also in Ohio, there was the Greenberg v. Brunner case which ended when the judge threatened to assess all case costs against the plaintiff.

In Washington state, Steven Marquis sued the secretary of state seeking a determination on Obama's citizenship. The case was denied.

In Georgia, Rev. Tom Terry asked the state Supreme Court to authenticate Obama's birth certificate. His request for an injunction against Georgia's secretary of state was denied by Georgia Superior Court Judge Jerry W. Baxter.

California attorney Orly Taitz has brought a case, Lightfoot vs. Bowen, on behalf of Gail Lightfoot, the vice presidential candidate on the ballot with Ron Paul, four electors and two registered voters. She also has brought forward several other cases and has conducted several public campaigns to generate awareness of the issue.

A POINT OF CLARIFICATION

This really isn't necessary, but I feel it is at least important that I clarify myself with respect to past postings and any future posting addressing Barack Obama.

Simply put, I do not trust or respect this man. I do not believe that he is the best man to be leading the United States at this critical time in our history, and therefore, I cannot in good conscience refer to him as "The President" or "Mr. President." In any correspondence, e-mail or posting, whether to this Blog or any other, I will refer to Barack Obama, either by name, Mr. Obama or Sir, and this is as polite as it will get. OK, with this individual, it's either feast or famine--meaning I either have nothing to say for months, or you just can't shut me up, much as most folks would like to. Well we are in the latter situation.

While running some early afternoon errands, I was listening to Rush Limbaugh, which I know will anger all my liberal "friends." In his monologue, Mr. Limbaugh was questioning not only the wisdom of Barack Obama in nominating Sonia Sotomayor to the Supreme Court of the United States, he was also challenging certain statements made by Judge Sotomayor.

Please allow me to remind you of #8 of the 9 Principles: "It is not un-American for me to disagree with authority or to share my personal opinion." Let me take this a step further--It is not only not un-American to disagree with authority, IT IS OUR RESPONSIBILITY AND DUTY TO DISAGREE AND CHALLENGE AUTHORITY, IN AN EFFORT TO HOLD THEM ACCOUNTABLE FOR THEIR ACTIONS, STATEMENTS AND DECISIONS!!! That is what sets the United States of America apart from any other country on this planet.

It really doesn't matter what branch of the Federal Government is involved, if WE the People do not let our so-called Leaders know that we are watching what they say and do, we will have no one to blame but ourselves when a crisis develops.

I found this article linked above on www.personalliberty.com. The article described Barack Obama's selection of Sonia Sotomayor to succeed retireing Supreme Court Justice David Souter as a "moderate liberal."

Pardon my language--But just what the Hell is a "moderate liberal???" I guess that it means she doesn't know just how far left she is going to go with respect to her rulings.

Well, unfortunately, if she is confirmed by the United States Senate--the country is going to find out!!

I learned about the 9-12 Project while listening to the Glenn Beck Program. The concept is to return America to the place we were just after the hideous terrorist attacks of 9/11/2001. There were no "Red States" or "Blue States," and political ideologies meant even less, we were all united as AMERICANS! For perhaps the first time in our history we were united, standing tall to protect the values and principles that make the United States the Greatest Nation in the world. Just in case you're wondering, here are the 9 Principles and 12 Values:

Penumbras of the U.S. Constitution

OK, this is a rather obscure title for this posting, but as I continue its meaning will become clear.

The definition of the term "penumbra" is An area in which something exists to a lesser or uncertain degree. The best example of this can only be the penumbras of rights supposedly existing in the United States Constitution. Rights that do not actually exist, or are not guaranteed by the Charter Document, but have been invented by our ever liberal Judiciary.

So you may be asking why am I discussing such an obscure term in this posting?

Here's Why: With the California Supreme Court recently upholding Proposition 8, an Amendment to the California Constitution, defining Marriage as the Union of One Man and One Woman, and the filing of a federal lawsuit challenging the ruling, the stage is set for a battle before the United States Supreme Court, and the creation of a new "constitutional right," that doesn't actually exist, nor is guaranteed by the Constitution, yet should this challenge prevail another "penumbra" will be foisted on the American People through an activist Judiciary.

Our Constitution was written the way it was for a reason. It specifically establishes and guarantees the most basic and fundamental rights to each American citizen. If those rights are NOT contained in the original document--THEN THEY DO NOT EXIST, however the more WE allow the Judicial Branch to legislate from the Bench the more nonexistant "penumbras" will be created, and the Constitution will become a meaningless piece of paper.

US Gov't Theft of GM Unconstitutional

U.S. Likely Taking Majority Ownership of GM

The United States government under the direction of Barak O'bama is
out of control. The unlawful taking of General Motors by the US
Government is strictly forbidden by our Constitution. The federal
government has absolutely no authority first to offer a bailout with
our tax money and more importantly to take ownership of a private
company.

The States which make up the United States must now exert their legal
authority to deny the federal government; and slap them back in their
place. We are on a tremendously uncertain footing here my friends.
We are on the brink of tyrany.

Look at what has happened in the last five years but more importantly
what has occurred simply since the latest administration took office.

1. Over 285 Billion of our taxpayer dollars were handed over to banks
without the least regard for how that money is used or any
accountability over what it is spent on. This method ultimately
allowed the federal government to seize control of the banking industry

2. Over 51 Billion of our taxes used to what will inevidably be
control of a private automobile company

3. Hundreds of thousands of acres of private citizen-owned property
seized by then federal government and handed to business which
directly or indirectly are controlled by the federal government.

4. A law forcing credit card companies to allow the federal
government control over their inner workings under the guise of saving
those being cheated...but who chose of their own free will to borrow
money.

5. Billions and Billions of federal taxpayer dollars earmarked for
"infrastructure" being utilized as a gun to the heads of independent
States in whom the federal government is raping with their "Play
along" or lose funding tactics. The sovereignty of the states is
being extorted.

There are already 26 states which have "Sovereignty now" initiatives
begun. Texas is leading to the extent of a call for secession. The
first civil war began to keep the southern states from separating from
the "Union" Something tells me the federal government won't take
lightly a state leaving.....We must stand up for our individual
rights. Make no mistake we are on the brink of Tyrany and secession
may be the only thing that can break the hold of this power hungry
group in Washington.

Patriots? - if there are any left - it is time to stand and fight;
legally and ethically for the future of the United States.

HR985 - A Bill designed to protect Barack Obama's Presidency

I am frequently amazed by the activities of our so-called leaders, and I believe that the article "linked" above from WorldNet Daily will explain just why that is.

The article refers to a Bill, HR 985 which would prohibit the production of any document by certain Federal officials unless ordered to do so by the Courts.

Isn't it "funny" how there were only voice votes taken??? I guess no one in the House of Representatives wanted their respective constitutients knowing how they voted on this absolutely disgraceful piece of legislation that is designed specificially to protect Barack Obama and keep his ever-elusive birth certificate the best kept Government secret.

Just in case anyone is interested in reading the text of HR 985 you can go to either: thomas.loc.gov or www.congress.org

I would suggest that every American citizen should familiarize themselves with this legislation and at least attempt to find out how their Representatives in the House voted on the bill. Also I would suggest contacting their two United States Senators and determining their position on HR 985.

It is past time that we let our so-called leaders know that WE are watching how they are voting!!

The U.S. Government Has Become Patently Anti-Christian

From the writings of Columbus to the Mayflower Compact, to the Declarationof Independence, America's founders clearly and articulately enshrinedbedrock Christian principles in the foundation of this country.

For example, in explaining the purpose of his journey that led to thediscovery of the new world, Christopher Columbus said, "It was the Lord whoput into my mind--I could feel His hand upon me--the fact that it would bepossible to sail from here to the Indies . . . All who heard of my projectrejected it with laughter, ridiculing me . . . There is no question that theinspiration was from the Holy Spirit, because he comforted me with rays ofmarvelous illumination from the Holy Scriptures . . . For the execution ofthe journey to the Indies I did not make use of intelligence, mathematics,or maps. It is simply the fulfillment of what Isaiah had prophesied . . . Noone should fear to undertake any task in the name of our Savior, if it isjust and if the intention is purely for His Holy service . . . the fact thatthe Gospel must still be preached to so many lands in such a shorttime--this is what convinces me." Our pilgrim fathers wrote in the Mayflower Compact, "In the name of God,Amen. We whose names are underwritten . . . Having undertaken, for the gloryof God and the advancement of the Christian faith . . . a voyage to plantthe first colony in the Northern parts of Virginia."

In the Declaration of Independence, Thomas Jefferson invokes our Creator-Godno less than four times. In fact, Jefferson predicates the Declaration on"the Laws of Nature and of Nature's God" and concludes the Declaration withan appeal to the "Supreme Judge of the world for the rectitude of ourintentions" and with "a firm reliance on the protection of divineProvidence."

Attorney and author, John Whitehead, in his book, The Separation Illusion,rightly noted, "In 1892, the United States Supreme Court made an exhaustivestudy of the supposed connection between Christianity and the government ofthe United States. After reviewing hundreds of volumes of historicaldocuments, the Court asserted, 'These references . . . add a volume ofunofficial declarations to the mass of organic utterances that this is areligious people . . . a Christian nation.' Likewise, in 1931, Supreme CourtJustice George Sutherland reviewed the 1892 decision in reference to anothercase and reiterated that Americans are a 'Christian people.' And in 1952, Justice William O. Douglas affirmed that 'we are a religious people and ourinstitutions presuppose a Supreme Being.'"

Accordingly, our U. S. Constitution is dated: (1) from the birth of Christ,and (2) from the birth of our independence (Article. VII.). Secondly, theConstitution requires the President and Congress to respect "the ChristianSabbath" (Sunday) as a day "excepted" from governmental business (Article.I. Section. 7.). Thirdly, the First Amendment prohibits the U.S. Congressfrom making any law "respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibitingthe free exercise thereof." In other words, the federal government has noright to interfere with the free expression of religion (by individuals orStates) in any shape, manner, or form. Fourthly, Article. VI. of theConstitution prohibits any religious test as a qualification for public office.

The intent of the Constitution's framers was, therefore, in the matter ofreligion (especially the Christian religion, whose adherents birthedAmerica), that the federal government would maintain a healthy respect forit, and keep its hands off. For the last several years, however, instead ofrespecting religion--especially the Christian religion--the leaders of ourfederal government have increasingly demonstrated animosity, and evenhostility, toward both the Christian faith and Christian people.

While claiming to be "tolerant" and "pluralistic," our federal government,in practice, shows little tolerance or pluralism regarding Christianity.Time and again, Christian practices and people are singled out forhumiliation, persecution, or retribution. This situation follows an eerilysimilar pattern to that of the old Holy Roman Empire.

The Roman Empire loved to tout its tolerance for any and all faith systems.One common adage at the time was that "there are as many gods in Rome aspeople." So tolerant was Rome for myriad religious beliefs that it evenconstructed an altar to the "UNKNOWN GOD," for fear that it may haveneglected to honor someone's obscure god.

Why was it, then, that the Roman Empire took delight in publiclypersecuting, torturing, and executing Christians? What happened totolerance? What happened to pluralism? In direct contravention of its ownlaws and policies, Rome singled out Christianity for public repudiation. Andthat is exactly what the U.S. government is currently doing. I'll say itoutright: the U.S. government has become patently anti-Christian.

In spite of Constitutional requirements to keep its hands off religiousliberty, the U.S. government routinely singles out Christian practices forpublic repudiation. For years now, federal judges have demanded that localschools (under the jurisdiction of local and state governments) prohibitprayers or Bible reading.

Does anyone find it a little interesting that all over America, whileChristian students are denied the right to pray or read the Bible in publicschools, Muslim students are not only allowed to pray in public schools, butare also often provided special prayer rooms within the schools so thatthose students may leave their classrooms and pray? In fact, in some schooldistricts, if the Muslim prayer time interferes with a student's tests, thestudent is many times free to make up the test in order that he or she maybe faithful to the prayer meeting. Of course, the reading of the Koran isalso included in the Muslim's prayer time. All of this is done with the fullknowledge and blessing of the U.S. government (and the ACLU, by the way),including the myriad federal courts--courts that are always "fast on thedraw" to squash any and all attempts by Christians to pray or read theirBibles in public schools.

And it is not just the Muslim religion that meets with the approval of theU.S. government. Federal courts find no fault in public school studentsobserving Kwanzaa, celebrating the pagan holiday of Halloween, or engagingin various eastern religious practices such as Hindu meditation. At leastone school district in Utah has allowed Tibetan monks to conduct TantricBuddhist devotionals in its public schools. At least two schools inCalifornia have even introduced New Age curricula honoring Lucifer to their students. Basically, any and all religious beliefs are condoned andtolerated by the U.S. government--every belief system except Christianity,that is.

In addition, how many local or State courts have been ordered by federaljudges to remove any and all copies of the Ten Commandments or otherscriptural references from their buildings? How many local governments havebeen ordered by federal judges to remove any and all Nativity or Mangerscenes from their properties? How many chaplains have been ordered to removeBibles from soldiers, sailors, or Marines? How many Bibles have beendestroyed by orders from military commanders? How many prisoners ordetainees have been denied Bibles (even when requested) by order of militarybrass? How many military officers have been overlooked for promotion (andthus drubbed out of military service) for not being willing to surrendertheir Christian convictions to "sensitivity" or "diversity" training (aeuphemism for homosexual brainwashing)? How many times has the U.S.government quietly looked the other way when Christian people have beenslaughtered en masse? (Can anyone say, "Sudan"?) How many Christianchaplains in the armed forces have been ordered to not pray in Jesus' name?How many pro-life Christians have been targeted by federal police agenciesfor special scrutiny? How many sheriffs' offices (run and managed byChristian law enforcement officers) have been denied federal funds for notsubmitting to a variety of repulsive policies mandated by the federal government?

Then there is this AP story: "Iraq has lost more than half the Christianswho once called it home, mostly since the war began, and few who fled haveplans to return." The report continued, saying, "The number of ArabChristians has plummeted across the Mideast in recent years as increasingnumbers seek to move to the West, saying they feel increasingly unwelcome inthe Middle East and want a better life abroad.

"But the exodus has been particularly stark in Iraq--where sectarianviolence since the U.S.-led 2003 invasion has often targeted Christians.

"The AP found that hundreds of thousands of Christians have fled." (Source:The Associated Press, Thursday, May 14, 2009)

To highlight the AP report, in 1987, there were 1.4 million Christians inIraq. Now there are fewer than 400,000. For all of Saddam Hussein's sins,persecution of Christians was not one of them. Under Hussein's regime,Christians, for the most part, led a persecution-free existence--somethingextremely rare in Muslim countries. In fact, Saddam Hussein even hadChristians serving in his administrative cabinet.

Enter the U.S.-led invasion of Iraq.

Since removing Saddam Hussein, the U.S. government has installed an Islamic puppet government, which has resulted in the persecution of hundreds ofthousands of Iraqi Christians.

I hope all the evangelical Christians who continue to support George W. Bushand his unconstitutional, preemptive invasion of Iraq are paying attention.I hope all my Christian friends who kept trumpeting the unconstitutionalpolicies of President Bush, "because he is a Christian," are payingattention. I really wish that James Dobson and his ilk would have been asoutraged at the unconstitutional (not to mention unchristian) policies ofthe former Republican President as they are the current DemocraticPresident, because, for all intents and purposes, the federal government isfunctioning in exactly the same way under one as it did under the other.

Whether domestically or internationally, the U.S. government is obviouslycommitted to an anti-Christian agenda. Where the federal government oncerespected Christianity and vowed to not interfere with the faith andpractices of Christian people, it has now become an archenemy of religiousliberty. With virtually every constitutional safeguard being violated by themodern federal government, about all that is left is for the constitutionalprohibition of government business being conducted on Sundays to beexpunged. Don't be surprised, therefore, when federal courts begin mandatingthat public schools require students to attend class on the Lord's Day.

If we are to restore the principles of religious liberty, it will benecessary for State governments--and for Christian people in particular--tostand united against an ever-growing, ever-menacing federal leviathan thatis intent on destroying the safeguards and foundations of a once-proudconstitutional republic, which was, after all, rooted and founded uponChristian principles.

Dear Sir: (Sorry, but I just can't bring myself to address you as Mr. President.)

I just couldn't resist taking this opportunity to thank you for the Stimulus Package you signed into law recently. It is truly a remarkable piece of legislation. Too bad that you and the Members of the United States Congress didn't take the time to find out just what this bill was going to do to the American people.

From a personal perspective, let me tell you what it is doing to me.

I'm a retired State Employee, and I'm finally understanding what my Father told me years ago about living on a fixed income. For all your patronizing of the American people, that you "feel our outrage," this is something that you just do not and will not understand. But anyway, back to my story.

I recently got a letter from the State Employees Retirement System, informing me that as a result of the Stimulus Package, that was rammed through Congress and signed into law by YOU, the IRS had changed its withholding requirements as it relates to my monthly pension. What this means specifically is instead of $110.06 per month being taken out of my check for Federal taxes, only $45.64 was now being withheld. Unfortunately this was insufficient to satisfy my tax obligation--So, again THANK YOU, MR. OBAMA.

After consulting with my tax preparer, I was advised to contact the SERS and request a new W-4 to make the necessary change to have an additional $64.42 taken out to bring the total amount back to the original figure of $110.06. This will actually reduce my monthly pension by approximately $45.00 per month. So, could you please remind me just how thankful I should be that YOU signed the Stimulus Package?

I'm just wondering, Mr. Obama, how many other American families are in a similar situation thanks to YOUR Stimulus Package???

Your campaign mantra was CHANGE FOR AMERICA--Well, thanks for nothing!

A CLERICAL OVERSIGHT--Give me a break

You know, public officials really make me laugh. Take Eddie "Slots" Rendell, for example. He wins $2,000 at a Chester County casino, and doesn't report his good fourtune to the PA Ethics Commission until he is questioned about it by a reporter from the Philadelphia Inquirer.

Rendell claims that he wasn't trying to hide anything, and called the omission a "clerical oversight," by aides who assist him in completing the paperwork that's submitted to the Commission. Please Governor, do not insult my intelligence and that of the citizens of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania with such lame excuses. You are the highest elected public official in the State, you're not supposed to make these kinds of mistakes.

In case you need a reminder, Sir you were the one who rammed the legislation to legalize casino gambling in Pennsylvania down the throats of the taxpayers and residents of this great State, do not think that puts you above the law when you benefit from this ill-advised venture.

Prejean may lose Miss California crown

The Federal Communications Commission has announced the roster of a new advisory committee on "diversity" in communications, a move many critics have warned would mark the beginning of government regulation of talk radio and a reinstallation of the "Fairness Doctrine" by another name.
As WND reported, a think tank headed by John Podesta, co-chairman of Obama's transition team, mapped out a strategy in 2007 for clamping down on conservative talk radio by requiring stations to be operated by female and minority owners, which the report showed were statistically more likely to carry liberal political talk shows.
Therefore, the report concluded, the best strategy for getting equal time for "progressives" on radio lies in mandating "diversity of ownership" without ever needing to mention the former FCC policy of requiring airtime for liberal viewpoints, known as the "Fairness Doctrine."

Now, Michael J. Copps, acting chairman of the FCC has announced that the "Commission's Advisory Committee on Diversity for Communications in the Digital Age" will meet at the FCC headquarters on May 7 with a purpose closely paralleling step one of Podesta's plan for "balancing" talk radio.
The mission of the new diversity committee, according to the FCC website, is to "make recommendations to the FCC regarding policies and practices that will further enhance the ability of minorities and women to participate in telecommunications and related industries."
Seton Motley, director of communications for the Media Research Center, further commented on the lineup of 31 activists and media moguls chosen to form the committee.
"Not a single conservative organization is taking part in this commission," Motley writes. "More than a dozen leftist groups are. A little ironic for a 'diversity' panel, is it not.
The Obama administration confirmed the worst fears of talk radio by appointing Henry Rivera chairman," writes WND commentator Roger Hedgecock. "Rivera was the 1980s FCC commissioner who championed the 'Fairness Doctrine.' President Reagan replaced him on the FCC to get a majority to repeal the 'Fairness Doctrine' and usher in the talk radio era, which has given conservative Americans for the first time a media outlet with real clout."
The FCC abandoned the "Fairness Doctrine" in 1987, paving the way for talk radio to explode from fewer than 150 stations nationwide to more than 3,000. But many of those stations carry popular syndicated programming from politically conservative hosts like Rush Limbaugh and Sean Hannity, prompting some politicians to seek more "balance" on the airwaves.
As WND has reported, Sen. Sherrod Brown, D-Ohio, has joined up with other influential Democrats, including President Bill Clinton, Sen. Tom Harkin of Iowa and Sen. Debbie Stabenow of Michigan, in calling for a resurrection of the so-called "Fairness Doctrine."

And President Obama, while he has eschewed support for the "Fairness Doctrine" by name, has made statements in speeches and on the White House website that read as through they were taken directly from Podesta's plan for using "diversity" to make radio more "fair."
WND reported video of an Obama speech before he was elected president in which the former Illinois legislator says, "I'm committed to having the FCC review what our current policies are in terms of media diversification. And part of what I want to do is to expand the diversity of voices in media, or have policies that encourage that."
In a statement regarding the new diversity committee, Acting FCC Chairman Copps expressed enthusiasm for fulfilling Obama's commitment.
"I am extremely pleased to announce the membership of this vital Advisory Committee," Copps stated, "which will provide an important and independent voice for strengthening our commitment to diversity. The sad truth is that the diversity of this great nation is not reflected in the ownership of its media and telecommunications facilities. The time has come to chart a new course, to roll up our sleeves and get to work to craft sustainable solutions."

The Muslim religion is the fastest growing religion per capita in the United States , especially in the minority races!!!

Last month I attended my annual training session that's required for maintaining my state prison security clearance. During the training session there was a presentation by three speakers representing the Roman Catholic, Protestant and Muslim faiths, who explained each of their beliefs. I was particularly interested in what the Islamic Imam had to say. The Imam gave a great presentation of the basics of Islam, complete with a video.

After the presentations, time was provided for questions and answers. When it was my turn, I directed my question to the Imam and asked: 'Please, correct me if I'm wrong, but I understand that most Imams and clerics of Islam have declared a holy jihad [Holy war] against the infidels of the world and, that by killing an infidel, (which is a command to all Muslims) they are assured of a place in heaven. If that's the case, can you give me the definition of an infidel?'

There was no disagreement with my statements and, without hesitation, he replied, 'Non-believers!'

I responded, 'So, let me make sure I have this straight. All followers of Allah have been commanded to kill everyone who is not of your faith so they can have a place in heaven. Is that correct?' The expression on his face changed from one of authority and command to that of a little boy who had just been caught with his hand in the cookie jar.' He sheepishly replied, 'Yes.'
I then stated, 'Well, sir, I have a real problem trying to imagine Pope John Paul commanding all Catholics to kill those of your faith or Billy Graham ordering all Protestants to do the same in order to guarantee them a place in heaven!' The Imam was speechless! I continued, 'I also have a problem with being your friend when you and your brother clerics are telling your followers to kill me!

Let me ask you a question: Would you rather have your Allah, who tells you to kill me in order for you to go to heaven, or my Jesus who tells me to love you because I am going to heaven and He wants you to be there with me?' You could have heard a pin drop as the Imam hung his head in shame. Needless to say, the organizers and/or promoters of the Diversification training seminar were not happy with my way of dealing with the Islamic Imam, and>> exposing the truth about the Muslims' beliefs.

In twenty years there will be enough Muslim voters in the U.S. to elect the President! I think everyone in the U.S. should be required to read this, but with ACLU, there is no way this will be widely publicized, unless each of us send it on! This is your chance to make a difference...

Senate to consider hate crimes legislation

I recently read that the confirmation of pro-abortion Kansas Governor Kathleen Sebelius as the Secretary of Health and Human Services was an appalling vote by the United States Senate. Well there about to top that blunder with another, when they consider so-called hate crimes legislation.

Let's be clear about the intention of this ominious bill: It is to give special consideration and protection to the homosexual community, and to silence any and all opposition to that destructive and morally repugnant behavior, especially from Christians and other people of Faith.

Considering that Bob Casey, and new-Democratic Senator Arlen Specter have both co-sponsored S 909, urging them to vote against this legislation is probably useless, nevertheless I'm going to suggest it anyway. Deluge their offices with letters, e-mails and phone calls declaring your opposition to this type of legislation, because if we don't the time may come, and it may be sooner than any of us think, that we will not be allowed to speak out on any issue.

Souter retiring from high court

The so-called defection of Arlen Specter to the Democrats could not have come at a worse time, considering the imminent retirement of Supreme Court Justice David Souter.

With Specter's switcharoo, we are unlikely to see any possibility of a filibuster by Senate Republicans given the 60-vote majority that the Democrats now hold, should "President" Obama's choice to succeed Justice Souter falls short of the minority parties expectations.

Souter's retirement holds little hope, at least from a conservative point of view, of obtaining favorable decisions on the multitude of social and moral issues that are confronting the United States.

So, Mr. Specter, although you were never considered conservative by any means, your self-serving, arrogant attempt to save your seat in the United States Senate has done more damage to the cause of conservatism than you will ever know.

Souter to give Obama his first Supreme Decision

Supreme Justice David Souter announced that he will retire from the court at the end of this court term in June. What does that mean? Absolutely nothing in context. President Obama will appoint an extremely liberal, bench legislating hack to the court and we'll have the same ideological split we have today. Except now it will be a foregone conclusion. The worst Obama can do to the Supreme court is replace Souter, and fellow liberals Ruth Bader Ginsberg, and John Paul Stevens with well ... his ilk and that doesn't hurt any more than the backstabbing we get now from the Supreme court. Vote caps decade-long gay marriage fight in Conn.

Connecticut has become the fourth state in the country to allow same-sex or should I say counterfeit "marriage." The moral freefall of the United States continues unabated, and sadly enough unchallenged from Christian Conservatives.

Proponents of same-sex marriage, clamor that it is about equality, but in reality it is about granting special rights and recognition of socially and morally repugnant behavior.

OK, for the sake of discussion, let's assume for a moment that the United States Congress has passed and sent to the States for ratification a Federal Marriage Protection Amendment (MPA) to the U.S. Constitution. Over the next seven years, three-fourths or 38 States would have to ratify the Amendment in order for it to take effect and become a part of the Constitution.

Here's the kicker, at least as I see it of course: To date the requisite number of States (38) have already passed Amendments to their respective State Constitutions declaring that marriage is the union of one man and one woman, so ratification of a Federal MPA should be a no-brainer, so one would think? However, anyone who knows anything about the issue of same-sex marriage, will tell you this is not the case, and unfortunately everyone also knows why that is as well! Simply put, it is due to the inaction of Christians and Conservatives alike from making their voices heard with those who will ultimately decide this issue--our Representatives in the United States Congress.

The institution of marriage is more than just a traditional value. It is ordained by God. Like it or not, agree with it or not, it's just the way it is, and it about time--NO, it's passed time that Bible-believing Christians stand up for what God says is right, because when all is said and done, that's all that really matters.

A bit of local commentary

I'd like to bring some attention to the re-opening of "The Ox" in New
Oxford PA as a club for 15-21 year olds. I couldn't possibly be the
only rational adult around who thinks this is a BAD idea. It?s
ridiculous to mix 15-17 year olds with 19-21 year olds. Who ever
thought of this has a complete lack of sense. The disparaging levels
of age and maturity between these age groups can never positively
co-exist. No matter the methods put in place to keep them from doing
so.
I am all for giving kids a place to gather and have fun but let?s face
it - a nightclub isn't the most wholesome of establishments in the
best of circumstances.

I've been told that "they restrict the ages." Relying on people who
run a bar to police the ages of those present and in some way announce
"hey all you under 18 gotta go" is ludicrous!- I mean no one under
age has ever tried to get into a bar, right? Might be a even a bit
easier to do if they're already in the building! Can you see someone
walking around in the midst of the chaos of a busy night carding
everyone? ? That?ll happen for sure. Also based on the public record
for the owners of this establishment I laugh at them being the sole
conscience.

Nothing, I repeat NOTHING good can possibly come out of mixing
?ADULTS? with children in that type of setting. Just take a look
online at some of the comments that come out of these individuals
regarding whether the place should exist or not. They aren?t mature
enough to have a rational conversation without it degrading into name
calling (or worse)

If any of you have experience with bars you know the kind of things
that go on even in the best establishments. In today?s society we
have pedophiles showing up in the most innocent of places; do you
really want to give them a buffet and invite them in to browse?

The New Oxford city council better step in and put an end to this
BEFORE something happens. Morality and ethics aside - Let's use some

History 101 (crash course)

For those that don't know about history ... Here is a condensed version:

Humans originally existed as members of small bands of nomadic hunters/gatherers. They lived on deer in the mountains during the summer and would go to the coast and live on fish and lobster in the winter.

The two most important events in all of history were the invention of beer and the invention of the wheel. The wheel was invented to get man to the beer. These were the foundation of modern civilization and together were the catalyst for the splitting of humanity into two distinct subgroups:

1. Liberals, and
2. Conservatives.

Once beer was discovered, it required grain and that was the beginning of agriculture. Neither the glass bottle nor aluminum can were invented yet, so while our early humans were sitting around waiting for them to be invented, they just stayed close to the brewery. That's how villages were formed.

Some men spent their days tracking and killing animals to B-B-Q at night while they were drinking beer. This was the beginning of what is known as the Conservative movement.

Other men who were weaker and less skilled at hunting learned to live off the conservatives by showing up for the nightly B-B-Q's and doing the sewing, fetching, and hair dressing. This was the beginning of the Liberal movement.

Some of these liberal men eventually evolved into women. The rest became known as girlie-men. Some noteworthy liberal achievements include the domestication of cats, the invention of group therapy, group hugs, and the concept of Democratic voting to decide how to divide the meat and beer that conservatives provided.

Over the years conservatives came to be symbolized by the largest, most powerful land animal on earth, the elephant. Liberals are symbolized by the jackass.

Modern liberals like imported beer (with lime added), but most prefer white wine or imported bottled water. They eat raw fish but like their beef well done. Sushi, tofu, and French food are standard liberal fare. Another interesting evolutionary side note: most of their women have higher testosterone levels than their men. Most social workers, personal injury attorneys, journalists, dreamers in Hollywood and group therapists are liberals. Liberals invented the designated hitter rule because it wasn't fair to make the pitcher also bat.

Conservatives drink domestic beer, mostly Bud. They eat red meat and still provide for their women. Conservatives are big-game hunters, rodeo cowboys, lumberjacks, construction workers, firemen, medical doctors, police officers, corporate executives, athletes, members of the military, airline pilots and generally anyone who works productively. Conservatives who own companies hire other conservatives who want to work for a living.

Liberals produce little or nothing. They like to govern the producers and decide what to do with the production. Liberals believe Europeans are more enlightened than Americans. That is why most of the liberals remained in Europe when conservatives were coming to

America

. They crept in after the Wild West was tamed and created a business of trying to get more for nothing.

Many have always felt that having a "Black History Month" was in itself racist. If we are going to pay tribute to one single race and discriminate that one from whites, reds, yellow, blue, green , etc that is in essence (pardon the reference) racism. So we should do what every politically correct group does. We only have about 7-8 races in this country... that's leaves 5 months available for FAGS, lesbians, athiests and people who like Jerry Lewis right? -

An Open Letter To Congress

Elections are an emotional event not a logical one. The times and the experience of the American people dictate the winds of "change". I'd like to remind you, especially the supposed conservatives in Congress that 52 Million people voted for John McCain and did so based on his common sense plans for the economy. Now, while I feel personally that the best thing our government can do to help our economy is to stay the hell out of the way; some form of stimulous (aka SPENDING) bill will come out of this congress. Our government (in particular the democratic majority) caused this problem in the first place with their ill-fated pushing of regulations on the mortgage industry.

I'm not an economist but there are a pew (sic) things in this bill that I have a tough time seeing will get us back to work.

A. 42 Million for soding of the National monument park

B. 64 Millionn for Contraceptives for lower income

C. 600 Million for Hollywood Movies

etc. etc.

It seems to me that when money and jobs are scarce the last thing in the world we should be doing is SPENDING MONEY!. Almost everyone agrees that one of our biggest issues is people not being able to pay mortgages and that individuals are saving rather than spending. HUh.... we'll let's apply some common sense to this whole thing shall we?

1. Who creates the great majority of jobs? - small businesses - well let's pass a bill that credits each business; based on the number of jobs provided to documented Americans; a percentage tax break OR if we're so hell bent on throwing money out of the treasury.. GIVE them a dollar amount instead of a credit.

2. Create a mortgage insurance program that each person can pay into so that if their employment position is eliminated they will have something similar to "unemployment" that will apply only to their rent or mortgage. That way we're not simply throwing a figure out there to the banks and hoping it will do something.

Its time we begin thinking like the intelligent people we hope we are and come up with some REAL solutions.

U.S. COURT SYSTEM FAILS

It’s become increasingly clear the courts of our nation, up to and including the Supreme Court, are probably under the control of the New World Order Groups, specifically the Council on Foreign Relations, the CFR.

It not so much I am surprised but rather I had harbored hope that when it came down to such a basic constitutional issue as a candidate’s eligibility to be President of the United States (POTUS) certainly the highest court in the land would take any such constitutional challenge against a pending president-elect seriously, and that the full court would consider the merits of the case and render a decision accordingly.

As many of you know it is not as if the challenge is composed of frivolous charges. Why shouldn’t the citizens of our nation have the right to be assured that any candidate for POTUS meets the constitutional requirement of being “natural born?” Why shouldn’t the citizens of our country know whether a prospective candidate hold dual citizenship in more than one country? Both of these issues bear directly on a candidate’s eligibility to run for the office, to say nothing of holding the office.

If the candidate cannot meet these requirements then they are prohibited from being POTUS, according to our constitution. It’s pretty simple and straightforward. It has been thus for 230 plus years so it shouldn’t come as a surprise to anyone now.

What does come as a surprise is that a potential president-elect refuses to confirm that he is eligible to hold the highest office in our nation. It’s not as if he is being asked to perform some herculean task in order to confirm his eligibility. All he is being asked to do is show his original birth certificate, the one that shows the name of the hospital, the name and signature of the physician in attendance at his birth and his footprint. Doesn’t seem as if that should be a big deal, does it?

Yet for over five months now Obam has refused to provide such a document and in the process has fueled such a controversy that a petition with over 175,000 names has been issued asking that he provide that birth certificate. Over 60,000 letters have been sent to the Supreme Court asking them to determine whether Obama is eligible to be the next POTUS or not. Don’t the citizens of this country have a right to know if our next POTUS is legit or a fraud? And don’t the citizens of this country have a right to expect the courts to adjudicate this issue fairly and promptly considering what is at stake, which is nothing less than the legitimate authority to govern over the rest of us.

If the courts are unwilling to render a ruling on a constitutional issue of such magnitude who then can rightly criticize the citizens of our nation for believing they are being manipulated so they can be governed by an illegitimate POTUS.

At that point what obligation do citizen of this sovereign nation have to obey the laws and dictates of a fraudulent administration and their minions? Do not all of us, as free men and women of a sovereign nation, have the right -in fact a duty, to do whatever is necessary to protect the god-given right that our forefather fought and died for?

Is it not ironic that in 2008 we find ourselves as a nation in a situation not unlike what our forefathers found themselves in centuries ago? That is, to either meekly accept the dictates of a ruling elite class that wishes to impose their will and their form of government on “we the people,” or resist in what ever way we find necessary to protect our individual rights of freedom and our nation’s sovereignty.

Remember, those who now sit in position of power got their power through deception and deceit. The presidents have over-ruled or by-passed congressional legislation through such devices as “executive orders” and “presidential signing statements.” New rules and laws have been planned and written at various work locations throughout North America. Treaties and agreements have already been signed and are just waiting implementation. Most of these new laws and regulations have not been brought before congress for a vote and there is no intention to do so - they will just be implemented at the appropriate time. And who is to stop them? In their global vision there is no sovereign nation with its own set of laws and rules that they must obey. There will be only their rules and laws and they will decide who governs, much like they have decided who is governing us now by completely controlling the primary selection process.

Their central bank, the Federal Reserve, is the mechanism being they are using to bankrupt our country, much like their central banks in other countries are being used to bankrupt those countries. In the process they are nationalizing much of our banking and financial infrastructure. They ignore restraints put on them by our Constitution and existing laws. When those at the top of a nation’s government are totally corrupted how do you get justice? For us in the United States that is no longer a hypothetical question.

When those traitors in power have gained their control by ignoring our laws and our constitution through deceit and deception; when they knowingly have violated their oath of office to protect and defend the Constitution; then I submit that we the people no longer have any moral or legal obligation to obey them.

That would apply also to our armed forces who are under the command of New World Order military officers. That’s because the primary loyalty of those officers is to the “global order” not to the protection of our nation’s sovereignty and its constitution, despite their oath to the contrary. A specific example was when the Secretary of Defense, Robert Gates, a CFR member, removed the top two Air Force Chiefs, General Mosely and AF Secretary Michael Wynne back in June, and replaced them with AF General Norton A. Schwartz, a known CFR member.

The critical question that is being begged of course is, who are our troops to obey when there is a conflict between orders given by such a traitorous officer and the dictates of their country’s constitution? In the weeks and months to come I suspect this will become an increasingly critical issue facing our armed forces. If you recall, President Bush authorized the use of the military to quell civilian unrest, authorization not granted a POTUS under the constitution. Thus, if we have civil unrest and uprisings caused by citizens who refuse to meekly accept the dictates of an elite and fraudulent government does our military personnel obey their orders to quell the citizen uprising or do they follow the constitution and defend those who are trying to preserve our nation’s constitution?

I suspect the New World Order Groups controlling our country’s government have already anticipated such a scenario and that is probably why 500,000 plastic caskets sit in a field outside Madison, Georgia. That also is probably why new portable prison cells are being sent to new detention centers around the country such as the “refurbished” AMTRACK maintenance facility outside Beach Grove, Indiana. Just as Obama’s refusal to come forth with his birth certificate has triggered great concern over his eligibility to be POTUS so has the very existence of those items of death and incarceration fueled speculations as to why our government put them there. Vice President elect’s Biden’s earlier comments that the Obama administration will face a crisis in the early days of his administration has done nothing to relieve those concerns.

While I was walking my dogs, I saw a car magnet, which read: HEROS LIVE FOREVER! There's just one problem--THERE AREN'T MANY HEROS ANYMORE. And that's really a shame.

In my younger years, there men, who larger than life, like John Wayne and Ronald Reagan. Men of honor, character and integrity. Men one could look up to, aspire to be like, and most important of all-RESPECT!! Oh to go back to those younger and simpler years.

Does any thing else need to be said here?

The article above proves President Bush to be a coward. He, not unlike many politicians and worse yet even Christians today, refuses to stand firm that his Faith and his beliefs in the "Almighty" rule his decisions.

George Bush continues to be the quinessential politician by never revealing what he actually believes (whether the subject is religious or political).In this world, I think in my own humble opinion that God is looking for people who will not compromise; who will not shy away from defending him. He needs no defending from us by any stretch but I think just as Jesus asserted "For those who shall be ashamed of me, I shall be ashamed of in return."

I believe he is instructing us that we need to stand firm in his defense whether it be in promoting his teachings, defending the unborn, defending truth etc.Are there any Apostles left? Are there any defenders of Truth left? - Some in this society would call it "intolerence". "How dare you tell me what you think when it contradicts my lifestyle, mind your own business".Pray that we all have the intestinal fortitude to stand by our beliefs and be prepared to defend them in the toughest of environments.

DON'T EXPECT ANY HELP FROM THE ELECTORAL COLLEGE

OK folks, let's be clear about what's happening regarding the controversy over whether or not Barack Obama meets the Constitutional requirements to be the next President of the United States of America. As the article "linked" above indicates, there is another conference set by the Supreme Court, however if they decide again, not to give this issue a full hearing, don't expect the Electoral College to do anything about it. They're nothing more than a rubber stamp, and we'll have to deal with Mr. Obama and his minions for at least 4 years, in which time plenty of damage can be done to the already fragile fabric of our country.

Considering past rulings of the High Court, I don't hold out too much optimism that they will do the right thing on this occassion. GOD HELP THIS COUNTRY!!!

Dear Mr. Bowie:

Thank you for taking the time to contact me regarding the efforts underway to stabilize the economy and our financial infrastructure. I appreciate hearing from all Pennsylvanians about the issues that matter most to them.Currently we face troubling economic conditions, and we have spiraled into what could be a severe and prolonged recession. Earlier this year, the Congress acted to pass the Emergency Economic Stabilization Act (EESA) of 2008, which was signed into law by the President on October 3, 2008. The EESA provided up to $700 billion for the Troubled Assets Relief Program (TARP). Initially TARP funds were to be used mainly to purchase troubled assets from financial institutions thereby restoring confidence and prompting banks to begin lending to one another and consumers again. Subsequently, however, Secretary Paulson shifted course. Since the TARP program began, the Secretary has used more than $300 billion of these funds to make loans to, and acquire equity stakes in, a number of banks and AIG, a large insurance company.

While these actions have successfully prevented further failures, they have not properly addressed the foreclosure crisis or other looming issues within the broader economy.For many families in Pennsylvania and throughout the country, the recession has been part of their lives for many months now. Unemployment and foreclosures are on the rise, many families face escalating costs for basic necessities and retirees are experiencing staggering losses in their savings. To address these needs, I am advocating for the passage of a second stimulus package that would increase funding for the Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP), provide additional food stamp assistance and fund long-term infrastructure projects that can create jobs and lasting improvements in Pennsylvania and across the Nation. In addition to this stimulus, at least $350 billion TARP funds are currently reserved for investment by the new Administration. Among other uses, I will work to ensure that a portion of these funds is used to address the foreclosure problem.

In the third quarter of this year, Pennsylvania experienced a 73% increase in foreclosures. Foreclosures not only hurt homeowners who lose their homes; they hurt entire communities by bringing down property values. With declining property values, people who are able to make their house payments lose equity in their homes, causing continued instability in the housing market and more dangerous ripples throughout the economy. There are promising strategies to stem this tide. The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) has a successful program designed to keep families in their homes by reworking mortgage agreements to make payments affordable. I have been pressing for the adoption of this successful program by other institutions in order to extend its benefits to more Pennsylvanians.

I remain committed to achieving financial and economic stability. First, we need proper oversight of all government investment to ensure the sensible use of funds. Second, no blank checks should be awarded. All government support should be an investment with returns payable to the taxpayer. Lastly, there need to be clear limits on executive salaries and bonuses in all companies receiving taxpayer support. Again, thank you for sharing your thoughts with me.
